Schwaz silver mine
In the late Middle Ages, it was the most profitable silver mine in the world. Today, visitors can gain insight into work underground on a guided tour (ca. 90 min.). Where miners once worked, the temperature is 12°. Warm clothing and sturdy shoes are recommended.

The Kisslinger glassblowing workshop is located in Rattenberg, Austria's smallest town, whose historical pedestrian zone is definitely a sight worth seeing.
Schlegeis Stausee
The Schlegeis Alpine Road leads past impressive watefalls and through natural tunnels to the reservoir, where you can discover an amaxing connection between technology and nature.
Krimmler waterfalls
With a height of 385 m, the Krimml waterfalls are among Europe's highest. This natural spectacle is complemented by the Aqua-Szenarium, the WasserWunderWerke, as well as the waterfall center. On the way there, we recommend a detour to the Wildgerlostal. At an elevation of 1400 m, it is the ideal excursion destination for hikers and mountain climbers as well as nature lovers and connoisseurs. Past the Durlassboden reservoir, you will reach the ruggedly romantic Finkau.
Achensee
Enjoy a boat rode or simply relax in the sun at Tyrol's largest lake (6,8 km²), which is also called the "Tyrolean Sea". At numerous swimming spots, you can enjoy a refreshing dip.
Nature's Ice Palace
Discover a unique natural jewel on the Hintertux Glacier. The entrance to the ice cave is only a 3 to 4-minute walk from the summit station of Gletscherbus 3. On a guided tour in the magical cave deep under the ski slopes, you can explore the accessible glacier crevasse with ice stalactites, glistening ice crystals, frozen waterwalls, and a glacial lake.
Spannagel Cave
Europe's highest accessible cave with an adjoining cave museum is located at an elevation of 2660 m and is thus breathtaking in every respect.
